Liz Casper, Senior Life Care Manager

With more than fifteen years dedicated to serving seniors across South Florida, Liz Casper combines deep expertise with a compassionate approach that guides older adults and their families through every stage of aging. Originally from Kansas City, Liz brings Midwestern warmth and unwavering professionalism to her work, fostering trust and reassurance during life’s most important transitions.

Liz’s multidisciplinary background spans life care management, therapeutic recreation, gerontology, personal training, and private duty home care services. She holds a Master’s degree in Gerontology with a concentration in Care Management, blending academic knowledge with real-world experience to provide clients with practical, personalized solutions.

In her role, Liz partners closely with clients and families to deliver comprehensive support in transition care management, life care planning, dementia care coordination, and therapeutic engagement. She also leads pet therapy programming and develops tailored Care Plans for active aging, home safety, and fall prevention—helping clients maintain independence, security, and confidence in their daily lives.

Her professional credentials reflect her commitment to excellence: Liz is a Care Manager Certified (CMC) through the National Academy of Certified Care Managers (NACCM), a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), a Certified Dementia Care Partner (CDCP), and a Certified Dementia Engagement Specialist (CDES).
