Recreational Therapy
Purposeful activity that supports health, confidence, and quality of life.
Recreational Therapy helps older adults stay active, engaged, and connected through meaningful activities tailored to their interests, abilities, and goals.
At Casper Care Management, each program begins with a thoughtful assessment of the client’s strengths, barriers, routines, and personal interests. From there, we create individualized plans that support physical, emotional, cognitive, and social well-being.

Each program is designed to promote independence, encourage engagement, and help clients experience aging with more joy, purpose, and connection.
Creative Expression
Opportunities for art, crafts, music, writing, and other creative outlets encourage individuality, accomplishment, and meaningful self-expression.

Shared experiences and companion-based activities help reduce isolation, build routine, and encourage a stronger sense of belonging.
Functional Fitness
Personalized fitness sessions focus on strength, balance, flexibility, and endurance to support mobility and reduce fall risk.
Daily Life Skills
Activities can be shaped around everyday routines, helping clients preserve independence and feel more confident in daily life.
Personalized Planning
Programs are adapted to each client’s interests, goals, health needs, and comfort level so support feels natural and meaningful.

Whole-Person Support
More than activity. A stronger, more connected lifestyle.
What makes this approach unique is the combination of therapeutic recreation with guided physical activity. Clients are supported in ways that nurture the body, mind, and spirit.
Through recreational therapy and personalized fitness, we help clients stay socially connected, physically strong, emotionally fulfilled, and more confident in their daily lives.
Functional Fitness
Safe movement designed for older adults.
Functional Fitness for Seniors programs are led by a certified personal trainer who specializes in special populations and evidence-based wellness practices. Sessions are tailored to the client’s needs and may focus on strength, balance, flexibility, endurance, mobility, and confidence with everyday movement.
For clients managing chronic conditions or recovering from injury, programming can be adjusted to support healing, safety, and long-term well-being.
